Regional Marine Debris Cleanup

Join Suncoast Waterkeeper, Suncoast Aqua Ventures, SBEP, TBEP, Tampa Bay Waterkeeper, Organized Fishermen of Florida and Sarasota Bay Watch in a crucial clean-up of marine debris in our waterways and mangroves after the 2024 hurricane season.

WHEN:        Saturday, December 14, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
WHERE: 

1) Terra Ceia Bay at Tropic Isles
2) Manatee River at Blenker Marina

NEEDED:        Kayakers, shallow draft boats and shoreline helpers

Wear protective clothing and shoes, we’ll be focusing mostly on mangroves. We will be providing gloves and collection supplies, but feel free to bring your own! Meet-up locations will be provided via email closer to the date, so please register to receive the details!
