SWFSWG Seagrass Transect Training
The Tampa Bay Seagrass Transect Training will be held on June 13, 2024 from 9am-12pm at the Sunshine Skyway Bridge North Rest Area by the USCGC Blackthorn Memorial. The focus of the training will be on intercalibrating the surveyors and answering questions about the SOP.

Please bring the following materials to the training:
- Mask, snorkel, booties (NO fins)
- Weight belt
- Ruler
- Datasheet, pencils, clipboard OR cell phone with access to Data Entry Portal
- Snacks, water, other personal field day supplies
If you are new to the team, be sure to register with the Water Atlas data portal. This is how all data will be entered and QA/QAed: http://dev.seagrass.wateratlas.usf.edu/account/register.
